What should One do when, after Practicing for some Time, One loses One’s Appetite?

After concentrating on the navel and then the Ming-men in the back,
some people report having their appetite improve. They then eat
well and find their bowel function improved. After the power travels
up to the back of the head and then goes to the Pai-hui, they might
report having difficulty in breathing, losing their appetite and developing
trouble with their bowel movement. This happens when the
power has been blocked and has not been properly or sufficiently
directed back to the navel. Be patient and circle it down, as has
just been described above, drink more water and eat more fruit
and all of the symptoms will fade away. Remember, then, that if
you direct the power back down to the navel at the end of each
practice period, this problem will not occur.
